Exchange Meeting
On the morning of 14th April, at the conference room on the first floor of the administration building, Anqing Foreign Language School convened the exchange meeting in regards to the Fast Track to Universities in California, USA Program. In attendance were Dr. Zheng Jiayi with Grand Canyon University, Dr. Andre Van Nickerk, strategic positioning specialist in the US market, Chairman Xie Changqing and Madam Li Xia with Hongcheng Education Group, school leaders from Ping Dingshan Experimental Senior High School, Xinrui Education Group in Chuzhou, Foreign Language School affiliated with Anhui Normal University in addition to Anqing Foreign Language School’s President Madam Huang Wenli and International Department Director Xu Zuitai.
First of all, Director Xu Zuitai gave an account of the details in terms of Anqing Foreign Language School’s teaching management work in the study-abroad class of the Fast Track to Universities in California, USA Program.
Second of all, President Madam Huang Wenli looked back on the development history of Anqing Foreign Language School and introduced the current status of the Fast Track to Universities in California, USA Program. Madam President stressed that internationally cooperative school-running pattern was not only the key strategy in Anqing Foreign Language School’s development, but also one of the key reform projects in that Anqing Foreign Language School shall devote to expanding collaboration in running schools and opening a door to the world for students. Afterwards, each school leader spoke at the meeting successively and conducted in-depth communication concerning how to recruit students.
Third of all, Dr. Zheng Jiayi with Grand Canyon University elaborated on the cultivating mode, tuition standard, development prospect as well as the program features in Grand Canyon University.
To sum up, Chairman Xie Changqing pointed out that the two-year learning in community college would favorably help students adapt to the study and life in the University of California so that students were able to  smoothly enter the University of California, which would play a significant role in students’ development.
